Manna's application pool continues to grow at a rapid rate - a true reflection that our program is needed! If you are a clinician that specializes in eating disorders, we would love to have you become a part of our team!
We are delighted that you are willing to join us in helping to meet the needs of those who cannot obtain treatment themselves. Overall, your participation in the Clinical Advisory Committee involves as much or as little time as you are willing to donate. Once you have become a member, you will be helping us to select an applicant for our next treatment scholarship. As is within all ministries, every little bit helps, and is an amazing testimony to those whom you serve.
Manna Fund requires validation of your credentials. We would need these items, submitted via email and/or fax:
- Application
- Your resume
- Copy of valid practitioner license within your state (faxed or emailed)
- Signed confidentiality statement
- Signed Non-Disclosure Act
